The Rajya Sabha will not hold sittings today or on March 20 due to festivals such as Navaratri, Gudipadwa, and Ramadan, Chairman CP Radhakrishnan informed members. The government accepted the members’ request, cancelling those sessions. To compensate for lost time, the Council will instead meet on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, March 28-29.
