Hyderabad Markets Flooded With Dates Ahead Ramzan

Ahead of Ramzan, Hyderabad markets are stocked with 30–35 varieties of dates from Iran, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and others. Prices increased slightly, especially for Iranian dates due to unrest. Buyers are advised to check for discoloration, smell, or worms, as some traders sell leftover or improperly stored stock from previous Ramzan.
