Bombay High Court Calls For Immediate Action On Pollution

 Bombay High Court criticized the Maharashtra government and authorities for failing to curb pollution in Mumbai, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) at 200 (poor). Referring to citizens’ right to a pollution-free environment under Article 21 of the Constitution, the court emphasized that authorities must be continuously vigilant and proactive in addressing pollution from various sources.
