UP CM Makes “Vande Mataram” Mandatory In Schools-Colleges

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced that singing “Vande Mataram” will be made compulsory in all schools and educational institutions across the state. Speaking at an ‘Ekta Yatra’ and mass singing event in Gorakhpur, he said the initiative aims to instill respect, reverence, and pride for the national song among students and citizens.
