The Bareilly administration has issued a pistol licence to Disha Patani’s father, Jagdish Patani, after two gunmen fired outside their home. The attack, linked to gangsters Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara, prompted heavy security and a multi-agency probe. Police later killed the shooters in an encounter. The case is now with the Crime Branch.
