The Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central Vande Bharat Express (22961/22962), India’s 42nd Vande Bharat train, will operate with 20 coaches from today, January 26, to March 7, 2026, up from 16. Four extra AC Chair Car coaches add 278 seats, easing travel stress and offering greater comfort, convenience, and safer high-speed journeys for passengers amid rising demand.
