Around 150 guests fell ill after eating carrot halwa at a wedding in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Attendees complained of stomach aches and vomiting after dinner, with many rushed to hospitals. Authorities suspect adulterated mawa in the dish caused food poisoning. Despite the scare, all victims’ conditions are reportedly stable. The wedding had about 400 guests.
