South Central Railway will launch its first Rail Parcel App in Hyderabad on February 25 as a pilot project. With this service, railway staff will collect parcels directly from homes and deliver them to destinations. Developed with support from IIM Bengaluru, the digital initiative aims to make parcel booking and delivery easier for customers.
