AAP To Challenge Delhi Civic Body Panel Election In Supreme Court

The AAP plans to file a plea in the Supreme Court on Saturday challenging the unconstitutional, illegal, and undemocratic MCD standing committee election, as stated by Delhi Chief Minister Atishi. The BJP won the last vacant seat unopposed after AAP and Congress councillors boycotted the election. Atishi on Saturday urged the BJP to dissolve the MCD and face AAP in a public vote.
