US Seeks Iran Meetings This Week To End War, Envoy Says

Donald Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, said he believes Iran will hold talks with Washington “this week” to end the month-long war in the Middle East. Speaking at a Miami business forum, he said the US expects a response to its 15-point peace plan, which “could solve it all,” adding, “We think there will be meetings this week, and we’re certainly hopeful.”
