An RSS volunteer from Thane has served a legal notice to Congress leader Priyank Kharge for calling the organisation “anti-Constitution” and “extreme.” The notice, issued via advocate Aditya Mishra, demands an apology within 15 days or threatens legal action, alleging Kharge’s remarks were defamatory and part of a conspiracy to malign RSS.
