The Supreme Court rejected ex-MP Prajwal Revanna’s request to move his remaining rape trials to a different judge. The court said the current judge will decide each case only on its evidence. He has already been convicted and given life imprisonment in one case. Earlier, the High Court also refused to suspend his sentence because of the serious charges.
