Apples, Handwash Stolen At Pakistan Judicial Office

Lahore police registered an FIR after two apples and a handwash bottle, valued at PKR 1,000, were stolen from Additional Sessions Judge Noor Muhammad Basmal’s chamber on Dec 5. Filed at Islampura Police Station under Section 380 of the Penal Code, the case may lead to seven years’ imprisonment. A rights activist called it Pakistan’s “biggest theft case.”
