CBI Urges Supreme Court To Transfer Yasin Malik Trial To Delhi

CBI asked the Supreme Court to transfer the ongoing terror-funding trial in Jammu against Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik to Tihar Jail. Yasin is the main accused in the killing of four IAF officers near Srinagar in 1990 and 1989 kidnapping of Rubaiya Sayeed, the daughter of then Union Home Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed. CBI said that a court was already functional inside Tihar Jail.
