Himachal Pradesh will launch the ‘Indira Gandhi Matri Shishu Sankalp Yojna’ with ₹207.11 crore to combat malnutrition. The scheme provides nutrient-rich food, milk, and eggs to children under 6, pregnant and lactating women, ensures high-risk group monitoring, strengthens frontline workers, and promotes inter-departmental coordination for better health outcomes.
