The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) has issued an orange alert for Hyderabad, Adilabad, Mancherial, Medak, Sangareddy, Vikarabad, Jangaon, Yadadri and Nirmal, warning of possible rain in the coming hours. Meanwhile, Kamareddy and Sircilla experienced heavy rain and thunderstorms overnight. Residents are advised to stay cautious for sudden weather changes.
