Tourism in Jammu and Kashmir remains fragile nearly seven months after the Pahalgam terror attack. The hotel occupancy rates are still close to zero and just a few thousand tourists visited recent months. While a phased reopening of many tourist spots has begun, visitor confidence remains low in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
