7-Month Passport Delay: Hyd Woman Separated From Yemeni Children

Hyderabadi Ayesha Begum, married to a Yemeni citizen, has waited over seven months for a passport, preventing her reunion with four children in Yemen. Her 2014 passport expired amid Yemen’s civil war. Despite applying for re-issue in May 2025 and appealing to the PM, Hyderabad authorities have yet to resolve the delay.
