The Kerala Forest Department has warned Sabarimala pilgrims not to visit Urakkuzhi waterfalls due to accidents and wild elephants in the area. Located near Pandithavalam, the steep, slippery path is dangerous. Officer Aravind Balakrishnan urged devotees to follow safety rules and avoid the site, especially during late hours, to ensure their safety.
