Delhi Court Defers National Herald Case To Dec 16

Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court deferred its decision on the ED chargesheet in the National Herald case to December 16. The probe, arising from Subramanian Swamy’s 2012 complaint, alleges Sonia and Rahul Gandhi misused AJL assets via Young Indian Pvt Ltd to acquire over ₹2,000 crore in properties. Congress calls the charges “strange” and “unprecedented.”
