Delhi Blast Probe: ED Gets 13-Day Custody Of Al Falah Founder

Delhi court sent Al Falah University founder Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui to 13-day ED custody after his arrest under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The probe, based on two FIRs, alleges the university falsely claimed NAAC accreditation and UGC 12B recognition to mislead students. UGC confirmed it is only a state private university under Section 2(f).
