A 5.2-magnitude earthquake struck Bangladesh this morning, sending tremors across West Bengal and parts of Northeast India. Preliminary reports indicate the quake lasted a few seconds between 10:08 and 10:10 AM, felt in Kolkata, Malda, Nadia, Cooch Behar, and several other districts. The USGS reported the epicentre at Ghorasal, Dhaka, with a depth of 10 km.
