Syria’s New Transitional PM Urges Stability And Calm

Syria’s new transitional PM, Mohammad al-Bashir, called for “stability and calm” after President Bashar al-Assad’s ousting by rebels. Assad fled to Moscow after an Islamist-led offensive ended 5 decades of his family’s rule. Rebel leader Abu Mohammed al-Jolani assured peaceful governance, vowing reconstruction and justice for war crimes.
