The India Meteorological Dept. (IMD) has issued a heavy rainfall alert for multiple states across the country until today. Rain is expected in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, J&K, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Goa.
