Satyendar Jain Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Bansuri Swaraj

AAP leader Satyendar Jain has filed a defamation suit against BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj, accusing her of tarnishing his reputation through false claims made during a television interview on Oct 5, 2023. Jain alleges that Swaraj falsely stated ₹3 crore, 1.8 kg of gold, and 133 gold coins were recovered from his residence, alongside labeling him “corrupt” and “fraud.”
