Arvind Kejriwal will appear before the Delhi High Court today, asking Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma to step down from his excise policy case. The court is reviewing a lower court’s decision to clear Kejriwal and 22 others of corruption. Kejriwal previously requested a different judge, citing impartiality concerns, but the case remains with Justice Sharma.
