Israel PM Signals Imminent Second Ceasefire Step

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said the second phase of the US-backed Gaza ceasefire plan will begin “very shortly.” He also plans to meet US President Donald Trump later this month to discuss ending Hamas rule and future peace efforts. Netanyahu said the next phase will be harder, followed by a third phase to “deradicalize Gaza.”
