Nitish Kumar Expected To Resign As Bihar CM Soon

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar is expected to resign as Chief Minister and from the Legislative Council on March 30 after winning the Rajya Sabha election on March 16. Constitutionally, he cannot hold two positions at once. With both Houses on recess until March 29, his resignation will likely be submitted when they reconvene.
