CBI Conducts Searches In ₹117 Crore Transnational Cyber Fraud

Central Bureau of Investigation carried out searches at 10 locations in Delhi and nearby areas, investigating a transnational cyber fraud case involving ₹117 crore. Based on a complaint from the Union Home Ministry’s Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), the CBI revealed that overseas fraudsters used digital platforms like websites, WhatsApp & Telegram to target victims in India.
