Delhi HC Issues Notice To Govt On BJP MPs’ Ayushman Bharat PIL

The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Delhi government on Thursday following a PIL by seven BJP MPs, seeking the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY). The BJP criticized the AAP government for denying Delhi residents access to the scheme. The next hearing is set for December 11, 2024.
