ALERT! IMD Issues Rain Alert For Southern States

The IMD has forecast heavy rainfall over Kerala and Tamil Nadu today and tomorrow. Rayalaseema and South Coast Andhra Pradesh are likely to receive heavy rain on Nov 29, while Bapatla, Prakasam, Nellore, Kadapa, Annamaya, Tirupati and Chittoor districts may see heavy rain on Nov 30. Fishermen have been advised to avoid the sea and those offshore to return.
