The United States will sign a civil nuclear cooperation framework with Saudi Arabia during Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s visit, a source familiar with the negotiations said Monday. The prince, the kingdom’s de facto ruler, and President Donald Trump are expected to sign the framework during their White House talks on Tuesday in Washington as planned.
