Venezuela’s interim president, Delcy Rodriguez, will soon visit the United States, a senior US official said, highlighting President Trump’s warmer stance toward the oil-rich nation’s new leader. Rodriguez, who says she’s engaging with Washington “without fear,” would be the first Venezuelan head of state to visit the US outside the UN in over 25 years.
