CM Siddaramaih Replaces Governor As Karnataka State Rural University Chancellor

Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah will take over as the Chancellor of the Karnataka State Rural and Panchayat Raj University. This role was previously held by the Governor. Law & Parliamentary Affairs Minister HK Patil said that the cabinet decision aims to streamline the university’s operations for better efficiency. This follows similar changes made in other states like Gujarat.
