Raijor Dal Revises Candidate List After Alliance Deal

Raijor Dal released its revised final candidate list for the Assam Assembly elections after entering an opposition alliance and seat-sharing pact. The party dropped nominees from three constituencies. President Akhil Gogoi will contest from Sibsagar, while Abdur Rashid Mandal is fielded from East Goalpara. No candidate was named for Bokakhat.
