A PIL challenging CBSE’s newly announced 3-language policy has reached the Supreme Court, questioning its implementation for students. Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi argued the sudden mandate would burden students ahead of Class 10 exams and create chaos. Taking note of the plea, the Chief Justice said the apex court will take up the matter for hearing next week.
