₹46 Crore Mehul Choksi Assets Cleared For Auction

A Mumbai special court allowed Gitanjali Gems Ltd, central to the ₹23,000 crore PNB fraud case, to value and auction 13 unsecured properties linked to fugitive Mehul Choksi, worth around ₹46 crore. Assets include Borivali flats, a BDB unit, Goregaon galas, and Jaipur machinery and gems. Proceeds will be deposited as fixed deposits in the court’s name.
