Taj Mahal Receives Bomb Threat: Police Confirm

The Taj Mahal in Agra received a bomb threat on Tuesday, which was later determined to be a hoax, said police officials. UP Tourism’s regional office received an email claiming to blow up the monument. Police responded by forwarding the email to Agra Police and ASI. Despite deploying a bomb disposal squad and dog squad, no suspicious items were found.
