RG Kar Case To Conclude In A Month: CBI Tells Supreme Court

CBI informed Supreme Court that the trial in the rape and murder case of a trainee doctor at Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College is expected to conclude within a month. The case, which is being heard at Special CBI Court in Sealdah, has progressed significantly, with 43 out of 81 prosecution witnesses already deposed. A bench led by CJI Sanjiv Khanna expressed satisfaction with the progress.
