SpiceJet To Seek Shareholder Approval For Capital Increase At AGM

SpiceJet will hold its annual general meeting for the 2023-24 financial year on Dec 30. During the meeting, the airline will seek shareholder approval to increase its authorized share capital to infuse fresh capital. Approvals will also be sought for re-appointing Ajay Singh as a director, appointing Sonum Gayatri Malhotra as an independent director, and adopting audited financial statements.
