Tollywood iconic star Allu Arjun’s arrival at the Sandhya Theater in RTC Cross Road, Hyderabad, during the premiere of Pushpa 2 attracted a massive crowd of fans. In the ensuing chaos, a stampede occurred, resulting in the death of a woman named Revathi (39) from Dilsukhnagar. Additionally, her son Sritej and daughter are currently undergoing treatment in the hospital for serious injuries.
