Floods Damage IB Fences In Jammu & Punjab

Following the huge floods in the forward areas of Jammu and Punjab, over 110 km of the India-Pakistan international border (IB) fence was damaged, and 90 BSF posts were submerged. 80 km of IB fence in Punjab and 30 km of IB fence in Jammu were damaged by these floods. Currently, the forces have started the mega exercise to restore the fence and border outposts.
