A Chinese-made telescope was recovered near the NIA headquarters in Jammu’s Sidhra area after an eight-year-old boy was found playing with it, mistaking it for a toy. The boy’s family said it was picked up from a nearby garbage heap. Authorities assured the public that the situation posed no major danger.
