Tamil Nadu To Witness Heay Rainfall Today

The IMD has forecast heavy rainfall today, October 7, 2025, in six Tamil Nadu districts: Nilgiris, Erode, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Salem, and Namakkal. Ongoing wet conditions follow widespread showers across the state, influenced by cyclonic storm Shakti over the Arabian Sea, which, despite weakening, continues to create unstable weather along the east coast.
