AP Government Offers ₹6,000 Support To Women

The Andhra Pradesh government, with support from the central government, will provide financial help to pregnant women. Under the PM Matru Vandana Yojana, first-time mothers will get up to ₹5,000. If a second child is a girl, an extra ₹6,000 will be given. The money will be deposited in stages into bank accounts of beneficiaries.
