The Indian Army and J&K Police rescued 214 tourists and locals stranded at Sinthan Pass due to heavy snowfall. The joint operation moved people from dangerous high-altitude roads to safety. Authorities advised avoiding travel on Sinthan–Margan and Mughal Road until conditions improve. Earlier, over 30 vehicles were stuck at nearby passes.
