After many IndiGo flight cancellations, the DGCA ordered quick inspections at 11 airports to check safety, operations and passenger support. Officials will review delays, queue management, manpower, baggage handling and help desks. They will also speak with passengers and ensure vulnerable travellers get proper assistance during the ongoing disruptions.
