US negotiators met Russian officials in Florida to advance talks on ending Russia’s war in Ukraine there. The meeting followed US discussions with Ukrainian and European officials on security guarantees for Kyiv earlier this week. The Russian envoy said talks were constructive and continue, though Moscow’s acceptance remains uncertain going forward.
