The cold intensity has increased in several parts of Telangana. Adilabad recorded a temperature of 6.7°C. Other areas also saw a huge drop, with Medak at 9°C, Patancheru at 10.8°C, Rajendranagar at 13°C and Ramagundam at 13°C. Due to the severe cold, weather department officials have advised taking extra care of children and the elderly.
