Stampede At “Pushpa 2” Screening: Boy In Critical Condition

Sri Teja, the 9-year-old boy injured at the Pushpa 2 screening on Dec 4 stampede at Hyderabad’s Sandhya Theatre, remains in critical condition on mechanical ventilation. His fever is reducing, and his vital parameters are stable. Doctors are planning a tracheostomy to aid recovery. His mother died in the stampede. The Telangana govt is closely monitoring his health and hopes for a speedy recovery.
